By purchasing and using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Issuance and Redemption:

• Gift cards are issued by Vertx and can be redeemed only on our website Vertx.com.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Validity and Expiration:

• Gift cards do not expire.
• There are no fees associated with purchasing or redeeming gift cards.

Limitations:

• Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
• Gift cards cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value.
• Gift cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes.

Risk of Loss:

• The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the gift card to the purchaser or designated recipient.
• Vertx is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Fraud:

• Vertx reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is used to make purchases on Vertx.com.

Limitation of Liability:

• In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card.

General Terms:

• Vertx reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
• The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your purchase of a gift card.
