- Can I combine reward discounts with other offers?
No. Offers such as discount codes earned through Vertx rewards are not combinable with any other promotional offer or discount unless stated otherwise.
- Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.
- Can I earn Vertx rewards points if I purchase in retail stores or other sites that carry Vertx?
Vertx Rewards is only available on vertx.com
- What can I use my points on?
You can use your points for discounts on your order on vertx.com! Rewards discounts can be used on any product, but cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes or gift cards. You can also share your points to family or friends for them to enjoy!
- How do I spend my points?
You will see a loyalty widget on vertx.com. You can access the ‘Rewards’ section to see the available rewards based on your points earned. Please note that your points will be deducted immediately, and that once selected you will not be able to change your selection so only choose a Rewards discount when you are ready to checkout. Only 1 rewards offer/points can be redeemed in a purchase.
- Does my level reset? How do I maintain my level?
The levels reset every 12 months in the month of January. To maintain a level for the next 12 months, you should have earned the minimum qualified points required by making purchases in the last 12 months. The levels for the upcoming year get evaluated based on the points earned through purchases in the last year.
- My points have been deducted, but I didn’t use a discount yet.
If you activated a Rewards discount code but did not check out, your points were deducted; however, the discount code is still active and available to you to use. Log in and go to your Rewards History and you can see all your recent activity. Under “Rewards History” you can see the Rewards discount codes. You can copy and paste the code into the Promo Code area in the cart and your discount will be applied.
- What is the Anniversary Bonus all about?
Enter your Anniversary, aka the day you became a loyal member with Vertx OR any other special date, and you’ll be gifted points every year on this special day!
- What happens if I return something?
The point will get approved after 60 days of purchase. You can place a return within that period. Your earned points will finally get approved after the return window is closed.
- Can I apply my points to orders I have already placed?
No, the Rewards discount must be surrendered and applied to your order at check out and cannot be applied to already placed orders.
