How do I qualify for free shipping?

Vertx offers free standard U.S. Shipping on orders over $149*. Standard orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Shipping for orders under $149 will be $9.99 per order. *Standard shipping on orders over $149 is FREE. Expedited shipping is available at standard UPS Next Day Air shipping rates

What is your return policy?

You can request a return online when logged into your store account. If you don’t have an account, you can still request a return line with your order number and email address HERE. Items being returned for credit must be returned in their original condition & packaging within 60 days. Returns not in brand new unused condition will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to make an exchange for an item purchased on vertx.com, please send back the items you wish to return, then place a new order online. If you purchased your product from a retail store location, you must return your product to the store where you originally purchased the item. We cannot offer credit for items purchased at retail locations. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Does Vertx offer limited warranty?

Vertx branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the 2 years on bags and packs and 1 year on apparel. This warranty applies to all Vertx branded products except product marked as not covered by warranty on the product’s packaging, hangtag and/or label, and product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

The products eligible for the limited warranty are covered to the original owner, for the period specified above.

Have recently been looking for a small tactical backpack. Then the Urban Ghost was preannounced and I grabbed one. It is a straight forward design with enough room for EDC with computer, cords, chargers, some tools and lights, full size headphones and and discreet carry for pistol and magazines. Fits full size and compact models. Well designed, solid pockets and storage space, in a light discreet pack. High quality. Well done Vertx.

Love the shock chord brown great color, the material is super easy to get dirt off of by just wiping it off. Didn’t think it was gonna be super comfy due to the way the straps look but fully Loaded to the brim it’s actually very comfy. I’ve worn this bag up to 3 hours at one time no pain or anything very well played out bag.
