What happens if I return an item purchased with a gift card?

If your gift card balance is greater than or equal to your order total, you can complete your order. If the balance is less than the order total, you'll be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes! The balance on your gift card can be spent across multiple orders as long as there's still a balance remaining on the card.
Can I combine my gift card with other payment methods?

Vertx Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email. No physical card is issued. The recipient receives a unique code that can be used at checkout.

Vertx Gift Cards do not expire and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees.
5. Refunds and Returns
If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be reloaded.
